  Туркменистан рассчитывает локализовать производство земснарядов Damen

  Судостроительный и судоремонтный завод «Балкан» (Туркменистан) выполнит сборку земснаряда проекта CSD 650 под контролем инженеров Damen Shipyards Group. Сборка осуществляется по заказу Sowda Gurlusyk Maslahat, сообщает пресс-служба завода.

  «Сборка CSD 650 на заводе «Балкан» станет первым шагом к локализации производства земснарядов Damen в Туркменистане. Это позволит не только сократить расходы на их закупку, но и создать новые рабочие места, а также повысить квалификацию туркменских специалистов в области судостроения», — говорится в сообщении.

  Фрезерный земснаряд проекта CSD 650 — это 535-тонное судно общей длиной (фрезерный разрыхлитель и рама) 61,2 м. Он оснащен фрезой мощностью 700 кВт, предназначенной для дноуглубления на максимальной глубине -18 м. Судно оснащено рефулерным насосом, расположенным в отдельном отделении. Общая установленная мощность CSD 650 составляет 2972 кВт. Земснаряд имеет производительность около 7 тыс. куб. м/ч грунтовой смеси.

  Судостроительный и судоремонтный завод «Балкан» расположен в международном морском порту Туркменбаши. Предприятие способно обрабатывать 10 тыс. тонн стали ежегодно, что позволяет строить от 4 до 6 судов в год. Завод способен производить ремонт до 20-30 судов ежегодно, обрабатывая при этом 2 тыс. тонн стали.
