  Росморпорт объявил конкурс на строительство ледокола мощностью 18 МВт ледового класса Icebreaker7

  Начальная (максимальная) стоимость строительства 10,5 млрд руб.

  ФГУП «Росморпорт» объявило конкурс на строительство линейного дизель-электрического ледокола мощностью 18 МВт ледового класса Icebreaker7. Конкурсная документация по проекту размещена на сайте госзакупок. Ледокол будет построен в рамках Комплексного плана модернизации и расширения магистральной инфраструктуры (КПМИ) на период до 2024 года. Об этом сообщила пресс-служба предприятия.

  Линейный дизель-электрический ледокол проекта 21900М2 предназначен для обеспечения круглогодичной работы замерзающих морских портов Северо-Западного бассейна. Окончание строительства ледокола запланировано на декабрь 2024 года.

  Судно создается для самостоятельной ледокольной проводки крупнотоннажных судов, буксировки судов и других плавучих сооружений во льдах и на чистой воде, оказания помощи судам, терпящим бедствие. Может использоваться для тушения пожаров на плавучих объектах и других сооружениях, обеспечения эффективной работы научных экспедиций, подводно-технических работ, исследования морского дна, проведения поисково-спасательных операций. Может участвовать в операциях по ликвидации разливов нефти, перевозить контейнеры и другие грузы на кормовой грузовой палубе и выполнять ряд других специальных работ на море.

  Новые ледоколы проекта 21900М2 планируется построить на основе ранее разработанной проектной документации судна в постройке 21900М и эскизного проекта 21900М2, разработанного АО КБ «Вымпел» за счет собственных средств ФГУП «Росморпорт» с учетом современных международных конвенционных требований, в том числе по снижению вредных выбросов судовых двигателей.

Длина наибольшая 119,8 м; ширина наибольшая 27,5 м; высота борта 12,4 м; осадка наибольшая 8,5 м; полное водоизмещение 14 322 тонны; автономность 40 суток; скорость хода на чистой воде 17 узлов; ледопроходимость движение  непрерывным  ходом  в  сплошном  ледяном поле толщиной до 1,5 м; экипаж 35 человек; спецперсонал 22 человек.
