  Навигация на р. Яна затруднена из-за падения уровня воды

  Навигация на р. Яна из-за падения уровня воды, с 13 августа 2018 года ФБУ «Администрация Ленского бассейна» введено ограничение по осадке судов на участке Нижнеянск – Усть-Куйга, сообщает пресс-служба Ленского объединенного речного пароходства (ЛОРП).
  
  В связи с этим ГУП «ЖКХ РС(Я)» было принято совместное решение о выгрузке угля в п. Нижнеянск на угольных складах ГУП «ЖКХ РС (Я)» и на причале ПАО «ЛОРП» под временное размещение для последующей его перевозки до п. Усть-Куйга.
   
  На рейде Нижнеянска находятся 6 ед. сухогрузного флота, у которых на борту 13 тыс. тонн каменного угля, на подходе с Лены - 24 тыс. тонн каменного угля. Кроме того, здесь находятся «Ленанефть-2031» и «Ленанефть-2032» с 4,8 тыс. тоннами нефтепродуктов на борту.
  
  По прогнозам гидрометеорологов положительных изменений уровней воды на реке Яна не ожидается. Предложено решить вопрос в определении земельных участков береговой полосы реки Яна в районе Нижнеянска для каменного угля, доставка которого до Усть-Куйги возобновиться после снятия ограничений (ст.77 КВВТ РФ), также высвободить суда смешанного «река – море» плавания Ленского пароходства, крайне необходимые для продолжения завозов грузов в Арктическую зону – на Колыму, Индигирку, пункты Певек, Оленёк, Юрюнг-Хая и другие.
   
  Всего флотом ПАО «ЛОРП» необходимо завезти в пункты рек Арктического побережья 230 тыс. тонн жизненно необходимых грузов для обеспечения Севера в предстоящий зимний период.
