  В правление ПАО «ДВМП» избраны семь человек

  Совет директоров ПАО «Дальневосточное морское пароходство» (ПАО «ДВМП») на заседании 19 апреля 2018 года избрал правление Общества в количестве семи человек, говорится в материалах компании.
  
  С 20 апреля 2018 года избрано правление ПАО «ДВМП» в следующем составе: Александрс Исуринс; Константин Колесников; Максим Сахаров; Виктор Шукшин; Константин Тетерин; Заирбек Юсупов; Айдемир Усахов.
  
  Совет директоров принял решение о созыве годового общего собрания акционеров (ГОСА) 28 июня 2018 года.
  
  Дата определения (фиксации) лиц, имеющих право на участие в ГОСА, - 4 июня 2018 года.

  ПАО «Дальневосточное морское пароходство» - головная компания транспортной группы FESCO. Транспортная группа FESCO – крупнейшая частная транспортно-логистическая компания России с активами в сфере портового, железнодорожного и интегрированного логистического бизнеса. Группе принадлежит «Владивостокский морской торговый порт», железнодорожный оператор «Трансгарант», 50% акций оператора фитинговых платформ «Русская тройка» (совместное предприятие с ОАО «РЖД»). В управлении FESCO находится порядка 36 тыс. контейнеров. Флот группы включает 20 транспортных судов.
