    Нижегородское ООО «СССР» пополнило производственный цех новым оборудованием

    Таким образом завод рассчитывает снизить зависимость от внешних поставок в условиях серийного производства

    ООО «Судостроение судоремонт» (ООО «СССР», Нижний Новгород) пополнило производственный цех новым оборудованием, сообщается в Telegram-канале предприятия.

    По словам начальника производства Андрея Мухина, в условиях серийного производства завод стремится снизить зависимость от внешних поставок, сэкономить время и финансы на изготовление необходимых запчастей. «Приобретенное оборудование даст нам такую возможность, плюс станки выдерживают тяжелые заготовки, с которыми мы постоянно работаем», — пояснил он.

    Производственный цех теперь оборудован универсальным фрезерным станком X6436. Размер стола составляет 1650x360 мм, максимальная нагрузка на стол — 400 кг, поворот вертикальной головки — 360 градусов, главный мотор — 4 кВт, двигатель подачи — 1,1 кВт, двигатель охлаждающей жидкости 90 Вт. Станок будет использоваться для обработки плоскостей, наклонных плоскостей, пазов и прочих фрезерных операций. Широкий диапазон скорости вращения шпинделя даст возможность работы на станке твердосплавным инструментом.

    Кроме того, на предприятии появился электроэрозионный станок М800. Размеры его верхнего рабочего стола составляют 900х1500 мм, перемещение рабочего стола — 800x1200 мм, глубина реза — 600 мм, максимальный вес заготовки — 1550 кг, система управления центра — ЧПУ струйного типа серии М. Станок будет использоваться при обработке металлических форм с высокой точностью позиционирования и для крупногабаритных заготовок.

    ООО «Судостроение судоремонт» (ООО «СССР») — российская промышленно-производственная компания, обладает собственным конструкторским бюро и занимается поставками судового оборудования, а также осуществляет обслуживание на протяжение всего жизненного цикла.
