  Устройство противофильтрационной завесы Багаевского гидроузла выполнено на 84%

  Погружена 1881 единица трубчатого сварного шпунта

  На строительной площадке Багаевского гидроузла (БГУ, Ростовская область) устройство противофильтрационной завесы, предназначенной для защиты котлована под основные сооружения от затопления водой, выполнено к концу ноября 2022 года на 84%. Для этого погружена 1881 единица трубчатого сварного шпунта. Шпунтовое ограждение также будет выполнять функцию подпорной стенки, препятствующей обрушению стен котлована. На острове продолжаются работы по разработке грунта, сообщает пресс-служба АО «Стройтрансгаз», которое ведет работы на гидроузле.

  При строительстве БГУ также начато устройство причально-подходных каналов, которые обеспечат не только удобный заход судов, но их стоянку в ожидании шлюзования. Для плавного входа судов в камеру шлюза устраиваются направляющие палы в виде стен причально-подходных каналов. На сегодняшний день погружено более 140 штук. Шпунт погружается на глубину 16 м.

  На строительстве рыбоходно-нерестового комплекса, который включает в себя рыбоходно-нерестовый канал (РНК) и шесть нерестилищ для молоди и взрослых рыб, ведутся работы по снижению уровня подземных вод (водопонижение) котлована головного регулятора и тракта канала. Полностью устроено нерестилище №2, ведется монтаж труб впускного регулятора. На 100% выполнена выемка грунта нерестилищ 1, 3 и 4, идет формирование откосов.

  Бытовой поселок, рассчитанный на 1500 мест, готов на 85%. Всего на территории поселка предусмотрено три общежития для вахтовых рабочих, два из них уже заселены. Ведутся работы по обеспечению поселка автономным электричеством.

  Кроме того, на объекте начата эксплуатация первого бетонного завода, заканчивается устройство второго завода.

  Возведение Багаевского гидроузла в створе Дона на 3089 км судового хода Единой глубоководной системы (ЕГС) началось в 2018 году. Цель — повышение транспортной доступности и улучшения условий работы водохозяйственного комплекса донского региона, а также обеспечение надежности и безопасности судоходства крупнотоннажного флота на Нижнем Дону. Планируемая дата окончания строительства — четвертый квартал 2024 года. Гидроузел начнет функционировать с начала навигационного периода 2025 года.

  В состав строящегося гидроузла входят: судоходный шлюз с центральным пунктом управления, верхним и нижним подходными каналами с причально-направляющими сооружениями, водосбросная и земляная плотины, рыбоходно-нерестовый канал меандрирующей формы и рыбопропускной шлюз, объекты производственного, служебно-технического и вспомогательного назначения, поселок для эксплуатирующего персонала. Для обеспечения безопасности судоходства устраиваются руслорегулирующие дамбы, для предотвращения развития эрозионных процессов (размыв и обрушение) берегов, от воздействия судовой волны и снижению негативного воздействия вод на население, проживающее в данных районах — дамбы берегоукрепления. В целях обеспечения гарантированных габаритов пути (глубина 4 м, ширина 80 м, радиус закругления 500 м) на участке от створа Кочетовского гидроузла на 3004,5 км судового хода ЕГС до створа Багаевского гидроузла на 3089 км предусмотрены дноуглубительные работы и спрямление русла реки.
