  Ученые ГУМРФ обосновали решения для обеспечения круглогодичной эксплуатации речных ГТС на юге России

  Специалисты ГУМРФ им. адм. О. С. Макарова в ходе научной работы обосновали технические решения для обеспечения круглогодичной эксплуатации речных гидротехнических сооружений (ГТС) на юге России. Об этом «ПортНьюс» сообщили в университете. Основа новой разработки - ледозадерживающие запани, которые защитят подходные каналы судоходных шлюзов от ледовых затруднений. Запань состоит из двух глухих береговых участков (левого и правого) и центрального открывающегося.
  
  Конструкция ледозадерживающей запани была разработана в рамках проведенного университетом иссследования с целью выявления возможности круглогодичной навигации на внутренних водных путях в направлении Каспий - Азов. Главной задачей при этом стало обеспечение эксплуатации ГТС  в ледовых условиях. Для  движения судов в подходных и судоходных каналах шлюзов была предложена конструкция ледозадерживающей запани с подвижной погружной частью, которая устанавливается перпендикулярно к оси судового хода на расстоянии 500-600 м от верхних голов шлюзов.

  Помимо этого для поддержания трассы подходных каналов в незамерзающем состоянии предложено использовать пневмоустановки с системами барботажа. Компрессорная установка через перфорированные трубопроводы или отдельные сопла подает в придонные слои воды сжатый воздух, пузырьки которого движутся вверх, увлекая за собой более теплые нижние слои воды, тем самым препятствуя ледовым образованиям и растапливая их. Система барботажа включает в себя компрессорную станцию, осушительную установку, воздухораспределительную сеть, состоящую из магистральных и распределительных воздуховодов, имеющих сопла для выпуска воздуха.
  
  Чаще всего пневмоустановки для подходных каналов состоят из перфорированных трубопроводов, уложенных на дно зигзагообразно.
