  Пассажирский порт Сан-Мало объявил о модернизации инфраструктуры для приема паромов

  Программа позволит увеличить пассажирский поток более чем на 10%

  Порт Сан-Мало (Франция) объявил о программе модернизации терминала Naye, специализирующегося на приеме пассажирских и паромных судов. Финансирование в размере 150 млн евро выделило правительство Бретани, собственник порта. Как передает собственный корреспондент ИАА «ПортНьюс» во Франции, ввод в эксплуатацию обновленного терминала запланирован в 2026 году. Работы стартуют в 2024 году.

  Цель проекта — увеличить пропускную способность порта с нынешних 750 тыс. до 850 тыс. человек в год, обновив инфраструктуру, обеспечивающую обслуживание паромов на линии Saint-Malo (Франция) - Portsmouth (Великобритания), скоростных пассажирских судов на линиях Saint-Malo (Франция) — остров Jersey (Великобритания) и Saint-Malo (Франция) - остров Guernesey (Великобритания), прогулочных туров до девяти французских островов на побережье Ла-Манша.

  Проект модернизации предусматривает строительство современного двухуровневого здания морского вокзала. Два уровня предназначены для разделения пассажирских потоков, следующих  на посадку и высадку подобно тому, как сейчас это осуществляется в аэропортах.

  Сан-Мало является городом с самыми высокими в регионе приливами и отливами (до 13,5 м), что вынуждает строить выносные длинные причалы и эстакады для приема крупных судов, к которым относятся паромы и круизные суда. Для того, чтобы расписание приема паромов сделать независимым от приливного календаря, авторы проекта предлагают перестроить причалы, демонтировав старые конструкции и заново построив причалы с крытыми галереями и возможностью приема автомобилей.

  Для приема наиболее крупных судов, которые сегодня зачастую должны швартоваться на рейде Сан-Мало, предлагается углубить подходной канал. Дноуглубительные работы на канале и у аван-порта предусматривают выемку 100 тыс. куб. м.

  «Будет изменена схема движения автомобильного транспорта в самом порту, который фактически находится в центре города, - заметил на презентации проекта мэр города Жиль Люртон. - Автомобили с паромов заметно насытят городской трафик, в связи с чем необходимо будет пересмотреть и модернизировать схему улично-дорожной сети».

  Порт Сан-Мало является первым по значению в регионе Бретань пассажирским портом, принимающим паромные и круизные суда. Количество перевозимых пассажиров в допандемийные годы (2018-2019) составляло до 750 тыс. человек в год, количество круизных пассажиров — 18-25 тыс. человек. Количество судозаходов круизных судов колебалось в разные года от 21 до 43. Обслуживание паромных перевозок осуществляют две паромные компании - Brittany ferries и Condor ferries.

  В 2021 году, когда судоходство из-за коронавируса было ограничено, терминал в Сан-Мало зарегистрировал перевозку 124 тыс. пассажиров и 192 тыс. тонн грузов.

  Порт состоит из двух зон: аван-порт с вынесенными далеко в море причалами для приема круизных и паромных судов, обслуживающих линии на Великобританию и Англо-Нормандские острова, и торговый порт, располагающий четырьмя внутренними бассейнами, проход в которые осуществляется через шлюз Naye.
