    В порту Ростов-на-Дону завершилась акция протеста на теплоходе Vostok в связи с выплатой задолженности по зарплате

    В Ростове-на-Дону закончилась акция протеста на судне«Vostok (флаг Того, ИМО 8721428). Компания Blackmed Maritime Ltd. погасила задолженность перед моряками на сумму более $71 тыс., информацию об этом подтвердил председатель Азово-Донской территориальной организации Российского профессионального союза моряков (РПСМ) Леонид Глушак. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба РПСМ.

    С 20 июня 2019 года теплоход Vostok стоял в порту, где его задержал государственный портовый контроль (PSC). В составе экипажа находились 10 россиян и одна гражданка Украины. Уставшие от обещаний работодателя погасить долг 12 августа члены команды провели профсоюзное собрание и начали акцию протеста. Она заключалась в выполнении минимума работ на Vostok, связанных с обеспечением жизнедеятельности судна и безопасности мореплавания. Действия и требования экипажа полностью поддержал Российский профсоюз моряков.

    Спустя неделю работодатель рассчитался с моряками. К тому же выполнил еще одно требование команды – репатриация. После погашения долга на теплоход Vostok прибыл сменный экипаж, а предыдущий – передал дела и благополучно списался.

    Отмечается, что на судне нет коллективного договора Международной федерации транспортников (МФТ), поэтому в данном случае оставаться на борту до полной выплаты денег стало единственно правильным решением.
