  Количество ледокольных проводок в восточной части Финского залива за сутки 4-5 апреля 2019 года составило 10 ед. По информации Штаба ледокольных проводок ФГБУ «АМП Балтийского моря», количество проведенных судов с начала зимней навигации - 1957 ед.: Большой порт Санкт-Петербург - 1220 ед., порт Приморск - 152 ед., порты Выборг, Высоцк - 334 ед., порт Усть-Луга - 142 ед., Финский залив - 107 ед.
  
  С 00:00 мск 27 февраля 2019 года установлена точка формирования каравана (ТФК) - буй №4 Большого Корабельного фарватера (Ш=60 град. 11,5 мин. Сев; Д= 27 град. 46,0 мин. Вост.)
  
  Ледокольное обеспечение - ледоколы «Санкт-Петербург», «Капитан Измайлов», «Тор».
  
  В Невской губе наблюдаются отдельные дрейфующие поля и льдины толщиной 10-15 см. От судопропускного сооружения С-1 до буев №23-24 - дрейфующий мелкобитый лед сплоченностью 2-4 балла, толщиной 5-15 см. От буев №23-24 - мелкобитый дрейфующий лад сплоченностью 3-4 балла, толщиной 10-15 см. В гаванях и бассейнах порта разряженный лед толщиной 5-10 см. От судопропускного сооружения С-1 до буя №12 Кронштадтского Корабельного фарватера - дрейфующий лед сплоченностью 4-6 баллов, толщиной 10-15 см. Далее на запад чистая вода, встречаются отдельно плавающие льдины.
  
  От порта Выборг до Высоцкого поворотного буя припай толщиной 10-20 см. Канал на расплыве. На канале битый лед толщиной 10-15 см. От Высоцкого поворотного буя (Итяпалу) до Высоцких ворот (включая акваторию порта Высоцк) - чистая вода, отдельно плавающие льдины. От Высоцкого приемного буя до острова Рондо - дрейфующий лед толщиной до 15 см. От острова Рондо до острова Халли и буя №4 Большого Корабельного фарватера - чистая вода.
  
  На акватории порта Приморск разряженный лед. Далее на выход до буя №7 Большого Корабельного и далее на запад - чистая вода.
  
  На акватории порта Усть-Луга чистая вода.
