  На ПК «Шесхарис» проведено комплексное учение

  Учение прошло в резервуарном парке производственной площадки «Грушовая»
  
  

  АО «Черномортранснефть» провело учебно-тренировочное занятие на перевалочном комплексе (ПК) «Шесхарис» в г. Новороссийске. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба «Транснефти».
   
  Целью занятий стало поддержание в постоянной готовности сил и средств для устранения возможных аварий и их последствий на опасных производственных объектах, а также отработка слаженности действий персонала комплекса по оперативному реагированию, локализации и ликвидации аварий и спасения жизни людей.
  
  Учение прошло в резервуарном парке производственной площадки (ПП) «Грушовая». Программа предусматривала несколько сценариев развития ЧС, имитирующих реальные события. Согласно легенде, в результате повреждения прокладки люк-лаза резервуара (РВСПК-50000) произошел условный разлив нефти с дальнейшим возгоранием. Как следствие, чрезвычайная ситуация спровоцировала ряд отказов технологического оборудования резервуарного парка.
  
  В ходе учений были отработаны практические навыки по тушению условного пожара на площади 200 кв. м. Пожарные расчеты сосредоточились на охлаждении РВСПК и рядом стоящих резервуаров, подготовку и подачу пены в зону воспламенения. После проведения всех основных работ по тушению, условное возгорание было ликвидировано.
  
  Персонал восстановил работу технологического оборудования. Аварийно-ремонтный персонал устранил условную неисправность разъема корпус-крышки задвижки на приемном трубопроводе резервуара. Отработаны навыки поиска неисправности привода задвижки, восстановлена ее работоспособность. Проведена замена реле в дискретных входах контроллера для восстановления корректного отображения положения задвижки на автоматизированном рабочем месте (АРМ) диспетчера.
  
  Всего в мероприятии были задействованы 58 работников, использовалось 10 ед. спецтехники.
  
  Перевалочный комплекс «Шесхарис», построенный в районе Новороссийска в 1964 году, - конечная точка магистральных нефтепроводов в Краснодарском крае, обеспечивающих транспортировку нефти с месторождений Западной Сибири, Азербайджан и, Казахстана. Оператор перевалочного комплекса - АО «Черномортранснефть» (дочернее предприятие ОАО «АК «Транснефть»).
