  Теплоход «Спарта III» доставил груз для строительства аэродрома в Арктике

  Груз доставлен в интересах Военно-строительного комплекса Минобороны России
  
  

  Теплоход «Спарта III» доставил партию грузов из порта Мурманск на остров Земля Александры архипелага Земля Франца-Иосифа.  Об этом сообщает пресс-служба «Оборонлогистики», в состав флота которой входит судно.
  
  Время перехода от порта погрузки до места выгрузки составило 4 суток. Часть пути судно прошло самостоятельно, от кромки льда до места постановки в ледовый припай – под проводкой дизель-электрического ледокола «Владивосток» ФГУП «Росморпорт».  
  
  Груз различной категории общим весом более 7,5 тыс. тонн (включая аэродромные плиты, инертные строительные материалы в биг-бэгах, модульные блоки, контейнеры с продуктами питания и стройматериалами) доставлен в интересах Военно-строительного комплекса Минобороны России, занятого возведение объектов в северных широтах в рамках программы развития Арктики. Материалы предназначены для строительства всесезонной взлетно-посадочной полосы, которая позволит самому северному аэродрому России принимать все типы воздушных судов.
  
  Выгрузка в районе производилась силами экипажа посменно в течение 7 суток. В ближайшее время из порта Мурманск на Землю Александры планируется еще два последовательных рейса «Спарты III».
  
  Универсальный сухогруз «Спарта III» класса Ro-Ro/Lo-Lo (горизонтальной и вертикальной загрузки), предназначен для транспортировки грузов различного класса (включая негабаритный), техники и контейнеров. Судно оборудовано двумя кранами, грузоподъемностью 350 тонн каждый. Корпус судна покрыт специальным ледостойким покрытием. В 2020 году теплоход прошел освидетельствование на соответствие Полярному кодексу, что позволяет эксплуатировать его в полярных водах. В марте 2021 года на судне проведена модернизация радиооборудования: установлена аппаратура связи ГМССБ класса А4, предназначенная для работы в приполярных областях выше 80° широты.
