  «Приморский УПК» получил положительное заключение государственной экологической экспертизы

  К строительству универсально-перегрузочного комплекса планируется приступить летом 2021 года
  
  ООО «Приморский УПК» получило положительное заключение экспертной комиссии Государственной экологической экспертизы к проектной документации по объекту «Приморский универсально-перегрузочный комплекс» о соответствии представленной документации требованиям законодательства в области охраны окружающей среды. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба компании.
  
  Как сообщалось ранее, в 2020 году проект строительства портового комплекса прошел общественную экологическую экспертизу, также получившую положительное заключение о применении при строительстве проработанных технологических решений и методов их применения, позволяющих минимизировать риски и воздействие на окружающую среду.
  
  Кроме того, международной консалтинговой компанией в области инжиниринга и управления проектами Royal Haskoning DHV (Нидерланды) в 2020 году было подготовлено независимое аудиторское заключение по объекту «Приморский универсально-перегрузочный комплекс».
  
  В 2019 году Администрацией МО «Выборгский район» Ленинградской области проведены общественные обсуждения проектной документации по проекту, включая материалы оценки воздействия на окружающую среду (ОВОС).
  
  К строительству универсально-перегрузочного комплекса «Приморский УПК» планируется приступить уже летом 2021 года.
  
  Напомним, проект универсально-перегрузочного комплекса «Приморский УПК» предусматривает создание морского терминала в порту Приморск (Выборгский район Ленобласти) общей мощностью 70 млн тонн в год, в том числе 25 млн тонн угля, 7 млн тонн минудобрений, 3 млн TEUs, 2 млн тонн генгрузов, 6 млн тонн зерна, с возможностью приема судов дедвейтом до 200 тыс. тонн и осадкой до 16 м. В рамках проекта предполагается построить складской логистический центр площадью порядка 50 га. Объем инвестиций оценивается в 170 млрд руб. Проект реализуется частным инвестором.
