  Кредитному выпуску облигаций ФГУП «Росморпорт» присвоен рейтинг на уровне ruAАА

  «Эксперт РА» опубликовало официальную информацию о присвоении кредитного рейтинга
  
  Рейтинговое агентство «Эксперт РА» присвоило кредитный рейтинг дебютному выпуску облигаций ФГУП «Росморпорт» серии 001Р-01 на уровне ruAАА. Об этом сообщает ФГУП «Росморпорт».
  
  Напомним, предприятие 16 октября провело сбор заявок на выпуск бондов объемом 4 млрд руб. с погашением через 5 лет. Финальный ориентир ставки 1-го купона на момент закрытия книги заявок был установлен на уровне 5,9% годовых.
  
  В июле 2020 года «Эксперт РА» подтвердило кредитный рейтинг предприятия на уровне ruААА.
  
  Предприятие в рамках программы биржевых облигаций планирует разместить бонды с полугодовыми купонами и амортизацией долга равными долями, начиная с 4-го купона. Дата начала размещения – 21 октября 2020 года. Цена размещения – 100% от номинала. Организаторами размещения выступают ПАО Банк «ФК Открытие» и АО «Альфа-банк».
  
  Поступления от размещения ценных бумаг предполагается направить на финансирование инвестиционной программы предприятия, в том числе инфраструктурных проектов, включенных в КПМИ, а также на поддержание программы обновления флота.
