  В течение 18-й недели Мировой бункерный индекс MABUX продолжил уверенный рост, следуя за общим трендом глобального нефтяного рынка. Индекс 380 HSFO вырос на 11,23 USD: с 422,29 USD/MT до 433,52 USD/MT, индекс VLSFO увеличился на 10,70 USD: с 518,22 USD/MT до 529,32 USD/MT, в то время как индекс MGO также прибавил 14,76 USD (с 594,37 USD/MT до 609,13 USD/MT).

  MABUX ARA LNG Bunker Index, доступный с 29 апреля 2021 года и рассчитываемый как средняя цена на СПГ в качестве судового топлива в регионе АРА, показал за неделю среднее значение 524,14 USD/MT.   Среднее значение Global Scrubber Spread (SS) - разница в цене между 380 HSFO и VLSFO - вырос до 96,78 USD (против 91,94 USD на прошлой неделе, плюс 4,84 доллара США) и вплотную приблизился к психологической отметке в 100 долларов США. Спрэд SS в Роттердаме вновь сократился в течение недели (минус 3,17 USD), но все еще остается выше отметки 100 долларов США (100,83 USD против 104,00 USD на прошлой неделе). В Сингапуре SS Spread, наоборот, прибавил 1,83 USD: со 111,00 USD до 112,83 USD и ощутимо превышает отметку в 100 долларов США.   Корреляция MABUX MBP Index (рыночные бункерные цены) и MABUX DBP Index (цифровой бенчмарк) в четырех крупнейших хабах мира за истекшую неделю показала, что топливо 380 HSFO было недооценено во всех четырех выбранных портах в пределах от минус 6 USD  (Хьюстон) и минус 7 USD (Фуджайра) до минус 26 USD в Роттердаме и минус 38 USD в Сингапуре. Размеры недооценки в целом не претерпели существенных изменений.
  
  Состояние цен на VLSFO, согласно MABUX DBP Index, также практически не изменилось: недооценка в Роттердаме на минус 15 USD, в Фуджайре – на минус 28 USD, в Сингапуре – на минус 33 USD. В Хьюстоне VLSFO остается переоцененным на плюс 2 USD (против плюс 10 USD на прошлой неделе).
  
  MABUX DBP Index также зарегистрировал недооценку топлива MGO LS во всех выбранных портах в диапазоне от минус 18 USD в Хьюстоне (против минус 2 USD на прошлой неделе) до минус 38 USD в Фуджайре (против минус 24 USD) и минус 47 USD в Сингапуре (против 44 USD).

  
  Международная морская организация (IMO) и Германия подписали соглашение о разработке проектного предложения по сокращению выбросов от морского транспорта в странах Восточной и Юго-Восточной Азии. После утверждения полномасштабный проект будет направлен на сокращение выбросов парниковых газов и других вредных веществ с судов в портах и на внутренних путях за счет повышения энергоэффективности, оптимизации процессов и «инновационных технологий». Соглашение подтверждает выделение 385 697 евро средств на разработку полномасштабного проектного предложения. ИМО на подготовительном этапе предполагает работать со рядом стран-партнеров для разработки проектного предложения. В их число входят Китай, Индонезия, Малайзия, Филиппины, Таиланд и Вьетнам. Ожидается также, что Япония, Республика Корея и Сингапур будут приглашены в качестве стран-консультантов.
