  «Лотос» начал резку металла для самоходных земснарядов проекта 93.159

  На корпуса без надстройки получено 931,88 тыс. тонн металла
  
  На производственной площадке «Лотос» Южного центра судостроения и судоремонта (входят в Объединенную судостроительную корпорацию, ОСК) начались работы по первичной обработке профильного и листового металлопроката, с последующей порезкой на детали секций корпуса самоходных роторно-ковшевых земснарядов с роторным и фрезерным рыхлителями. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ОСК.
  
  Работы выполняются в рамках заключенного контракта между судостроительным заводом «Лотос» и ПАО «Государственная транспортная лизинговая компания» на строительство четырех земснарядов проекта 93.159 для администраций Обь-Иртышского и Северо-Двинского бассейнов внутренних водных путей.
  
  Как рассказал ИАА «ПортНьюс» первый заместитель генерального директора ЮЦСС Владимир Прудыус, закладка двух головных земснарядов (с роторными и фрезерными рыхлителями) на производственной площадке «Лотос» Южного центра судостроения и судоремонта состоится в сентябре 2020 года.
  
  Земснаряды спроектированы компанией Royal IHC (Нидерланды) для работы на удаленных участках внутренних водных путей России. Суда будут оборудованы в соответствии с самыми современными технологиями.
  
  На предприятии получено 931 тыс.880 тонн металла на корпуса судов без надстройки. Ожидается поставка еще 86 тыс. 840 тонн. На данном этапе все необходимые вспомогательные материалы (грунт, растворители, дробь, сварочные материалы и пр.) поставлены.
  
  Компоненты основного технологического оборудования, такого как дноуглубительная установка, грунтозаборное устройство, роторно-ковшевой рыхлитель и свайная каретка предоставит компания Royal IHC. Сборка оборудования из узлов пройдет на производственной площадке «Лотос». Кроме того, нидерландская компания примет участие на этапе пуско-наладки судов.
  
  Основные характеристики земснаряда проекта 93.159:  длина корпуса - 50,00 м;  ширина корпуса - 11.88 м;  высота борта - 2,97 м;  осадка средняя с полным запасом топлива -1,30 м;  глубина выработки грунта максимальная - 10 м;  глубина выработки грунта минимальная - 2.0 м;  производительность земснаряда – 900 куб. м/час.
