  Плавучую СПГ-электростанцию могут построить на Чукотке для Баимского ГОКа

  Обеспечение энергетической инфраструктурой горно-обогатительного комбината Баимский обсудили в Минвостокразвития России
  
  Одним из вариантов обеспечения Баимского горно-обогатительного комбината (ГОКа) электроэнергией из Чукотского автономного округа (ЧАО) предполагается строительство новой ТЭС в порту на мысе Наглейнын мощностью 356 МВт на базе плавучей СПГ-электростанции. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Минвостокразвития РФ.
  
  Министр РФ по развитию Дальнего Востока и Арктики Александр Козлов провёл совещание, на котором обсуждались два варианта обеспечения ГОК «Баимский» энергетической инфраструктурой. После обсуждений между Минвостокразвитием, Минэнерго, ПАО «РусГидро» ПАО «Новатэк» и консультаций с НП «Совет рынка», институтом Энергосетьпроект остались два варианта.
   
  В настоящее время «НОВАТЭК» и РусГидро разрабатывают схему договорных отношений, в том числе по передаче в аренду плавучего блока с энергоустановками ПАО «РусГидро», параметры долгосрочного договора поставки СПГ между «НОВАТЭКом» и РусГидро, договор поставки электроэнергии на Баимский ГОК.
  
  Первый вариант предусматривает обеспечение Баимского ГОКа электроэнергией из Магаданской энергосистемы – для этого необходимо строительство Энергомоста «Омсукчан-Песчанка» с выводом из консервации оборудования на Аркагалинской ГРЭС и сооружение новой резервной ТЭС (247,5 МВт) на дизельном топливе в Магаданской области.
  
  По словам Александра Козлова, «на основании проведенной предварительной оценки менее затратным по капитальным вложениям и как следствие по тарифным последствиям приоритетен второй вариант».
  
  Во втором варианте используется государственно-частное партнёрство
  
  Окончательное решение по выбору оптимального варианта энергоснабжения будет принято Правительством РФ.
  
  Инвестиционный проект «Освоение месторождений Баимской рудной зоны» предполагает строительство горно-обогатительного комбината и всей необходимой для его функционирования инфраструктуры. Ресурсы Баимской площади - 23 млн тонн меди и 2 тыс. тонн золота (64,3 млн унций). Лицензия до 2033 года принадлежит ГДК «Баимская».
  
  Как сообщалось ранее, 22 мая 2020 года на Чукотке введена в промышленную эксплуатацию плавучая атомная теплоэлектростанция (ПАТЭС).
