  Владимир Путин подписал закон о расширении Свободного порта Владивосток на Советскую Гавань

  Президент Российской Федерации Владимир Путин подписал закон о расширении режима Свободного порта Владивосток (СПВ) на Советскую Гавань. Как сообщает пресс-служба губернатора и правительства Приморского края, на первом этапе на новой территории планируется реализовать 15 инвестиционных проектов с объемом частных инвестиций более 50 млрд руб.
  
  В то же время количество резидентов Свободного порта растет с каждым днем. Только за один день в СПВ зарегистрировались 15 новых резидентов с проектами на сумму более 4,6 млрд руб. Инвесторы, действующие по соглашениям с АО «Корпорация развития Дальнего Востока», создадут на Дальнем Востоке 290 новых рабочих мест.
  
  Так, во Владивостоке будут построены новые многоэтажные жилые комплексы, современные гостиничные комплексы с ресторанами, деревянными домами из цельного бруса, парк семейного отдыха и развлечений. В Артеме и Находке новые резиденты Свободного порта возведут объекты складской инфраструктуры, причальный комплекс и кемпинги. На территории Уссурийска запланирован запуск производства вяленой, сушено-соленой рыбы и морепродуктов. Еще один резидент наладит в Свободном порту Владивосток выпуск высококачественной эковаты.
  
  Генеральный директор АО «Корпорация развития Дальнего Востока» Денис Тихонов ранее заявлял, что важна успешная реализация всех заявленных проектов, вне зависимости от сектора экономики, отраслевой принадлежности или суммы инвестиций.
  
  На сегодняшний день на территории Свободного порта Владивосток, по соглашениям с АО «Корпорация развития Дальнего Востока», действуют 788 резидентов. Инвесторы реализуют проекты с общей суммой инвестиций более 434 млрд руб. и перспективой создания около 48,6 тыс. новых рабочих мест.
