  Wartsila поставила в учебный центр Мумбаи тренажеры для операторов СПГ бункеровки

  С помощью системы LNGPac моряков будут обучать обращению с сжиженными и наливными грузами

  Компания Wartsila Voyage (технологическая группа Wartsila) поставила в учебный центр Мумбаи (принадлежит Anglo-Eastern Univan Group, Гонконг) тренажеры для подготовки операторов, которые будут выполнять бункеровку и обрабатывать сжиженные и наливные грузы с помощью системы хранения и подачи топлива Wartsila LNGPac, говорится в пресс-релизе финской группы.

  Данные тренажеры с технологией LNGPac являются новым продуктом на морском рынке, разработанными в ответ на расширение использования владельцами флота сжиженного природного газа (СПГ) и связанную с этим необходимость обеспечить соответствующую подготовку экипажей для эксплуатации судов, работающих на СПГ топливе. Заказ был размещен в июне 2020 года и уже в октябре контракт был выполнен.

  В тренажерах Wartsila Voyage используется технология хранения, подачи и управления топливом LNGPac, включающая все вспомогательные системы, необходимые при выполнении операций по СПГ бункеровкам.

  Система была разработана с учетом требований Anglo-European Univan Group. Система соответствует Международной конвенции о подготовке и дипломировании моряков и несении вахты (STCW) для подготовки моряков на судах, работающих на газовом топливе, в соответствии со стандартами Кодекса для судов, работающих на СПГ.

  Полный обучающий комплекс от Wartsila включает все этапы процесса обработки жидких грузов, воспроизводящий реальную судовую систему, тренажер СПГ бункеровки и подачи топливного газа, а также полную имитацию машинного отделения.

  Вот уже несколько лет Wartsila Voyage поставляет Anglo-Eastern различное оборудование и решения, включая более 100 электронных картографических навигационных информационных систем Wartsila, установленных на борту судов. Для учебного центра в Мумбаи компания Wartsila поставила ECDIS с дисплеями, тренажеры для управления судном и мостиками, а также тренажеры для управления судами и двигателями для учебного центра Anglo-Eastern в Одессе. В 2019 году компания Wartsila Voyage получила заказ на поставку своего программного обеспечения для эксплуатации флота (FOS) для 650 судов, находящихся в управлении Anglo-Eastern.
