    Мировые бункерные индексы с начала года показывают умеренную восходящую динамику – аналитики MABUX

    Наиболее критичной неизвестной величиной по-прежнему остаются пандемия коронавируса

    Мировые бункерные индексы продолжили умеренную восходящую динамику d течение первых двух недель 2021 года.  При этом, как говорится в аналитическом обзоре, предоставленном ИАА «ПортНьюс» компанией Marine Bunker Exchange (MABUX), наиболее критичной неизвестной величиной по-прежнему остаются пандемия коронавируса, темпы и эффективность начавшейся по всему миру вакцинации, а также насколько быстро этот процесс позволит восстановить глобальную экономику.
     
    Мировой бункерный индекс MABUX продолжал уверенно расти в течение недели. Индекс 380 HSFO вырос с 354,01 USD/MT до 366,94 USD/MT (+12,93 USD), VLSFO вырос на 21,00 USD: c 439,00 USD/MT до 460,00 USD/MT, в то время как MGO прибавил 16,66 USD и изменился с 497,60 USD/MT до 514,26 USD/MT. Глобальный индекс скрубберного спреда (Global Scrubber Spread (SS) - разница в цене между 380 HSFO и VLSFO) также продемонстрировал тенденцию к росту: он увеличился на 2,00 USD и составил в среднем 88,66 USD (86,66 USD неделю назад).

     

     


    SS спред в Роттердаме колебался в течение недели в диапазоне 68-79 долларов (для сравнения: в октябре 2020 года среднее значение SS составляло 53,25 USD). Среднее значение спреда SS за неделю снизилось на 1,00 USD с 76,00 на прошлой неделе до 75,00 USD. В Сингапуре индекс SS вырос за неделю на 14 USD: с 90 до 104 USD (в октябре 2020 года – 63,33 USD). Среднее значение недельного индекса SS выросло на 2,00 USD: с 93,00 USD до 95,00 USD.

     

     

    Корреляция индекса MBP (рыночные бункерные цены) и DBP (цифровых бункерных цен) в четырех крупнейших хабах мира за истекшую неделю показала, что топливо 380 HSFO остается немного недооцененным в Роттердаме (минус 7 USD), Сингапуре (минус 8 USD) и, впервые, в Фуджайре (минус 3 USD), в то время как в Хьюстоне оно по-прежнему переоценено на 12 USD. Цена на топливо VLSFO, согласно индексу DBP, была немного завышена во всех выбранных портах, кроме Сингапура (минус 2 доллара) - от плюс 3 долларов (Роттердам) до плюс 27 долларов (Хьюстон). Индекс DBP также показал, что MGO LS было недооценено во всех портах в диапазоне от минус 12 USD (Роттердам) до минус 28 USD США (Сингапур), за исключением Хьюстона (переоценка на 13 USD).

     

    Правительство Великобритании совместно с Космическим агентством Великобритании, планирует профинансировать проект, в котором будет использоваться спутниковая аналитика для отслеживания выбросов парниковых газов и загрязняющих веществ судоходными флотами. Проект основывается на предыдущей работе по разработке аналитических решений для портов и гаваней, сфера которого сейчас будет распространена на прибрежные и международные воды.
