About the yards

BLRT Repair Yards unite three ship repair yards: Tallinn Shipyard in Estonia, Western Shiprepair in Lithuania and Turku Repair Yard in Finland. Design and technical support, repair, maintenance and retrofit of different types of vessels are yards` main activities which are provided at the highest level.

Yards are subsidiaries of BLRT Grupp, the largest industrial holding in the region of the Baltic Sea, where each subsidiary is a reliable partner in its field – whether it is shipbuilding or ship repair, manufacturing of high-technology equipment and sophisticated steel structures, rolled metal products and related services, mechanical engineering, gases production and sale, scrap collection and processing, transport services, port and other services, real estate development.

To meet the needs of customers, shipyards are constantly improving their work processes, adapting to the construction and maintenance of new types of ships. In addition, for the needs of the customer, the group of shipyards is ready to solve unique problems; the portfolio includes a number of complex and extraordinary projects implemented due to the well -coordinated work of technical, engineering and production groups.

In 2022, BLRT Grupp which will celebrate 110 years since its foundation, also owns two shipbuilding yards - Western Baltija Shipbuilding in Klaipeda and Marketex Marine in Tallinn.
