  Состоялась церемония имянаречения первого судна Maersk в серии контейнеровозов на метаноловом топливе

  Серия из 18 контейнеровозов строится на южнокорейской верфи HD Hyundai Heavy Industries

  На южнокорейской верфи HD Hyundai Heavy Industries (HD HHI, входит в группу HD KSOE) в Ульсане состоялась официальная церемония имянаречения контейнерного судна Ane Maersk, сообщила пресс-служба Maersk.

  Ane Maersk является первым в серии из 18 крупных контейнеровозов Maersk, двигатели которых будут использовать метаноловое топливо. По контракту с верфью, серия будет передаваться в период с 2024 по 2025 годы. Это второй в мире контейнеровоз на данном альтернативном топливе.

  Судно будет введено в строй для обслуживания азиатско-европейского контейнерного сервиса AE7 с февраля 2024 года. Для своего первого рейса контейнеровоз будет забункерован «зеленым» метанолом.

  Maersk продолжает поиски стабильных поставщиков топлива и бункеровщиков на 2024–2025 годы для обеспечения своего нового флота экологичных контейнеровозов.
