  COSCO Shipping Holdings приобретет 5,8% акций крупнейшей в Китае агропромышленной группы

  Сумма сделки превысит $800 млн

  Китайская компания COSCO Shipping Holdings заключила соглашение о покупке 5,81% акций компании COFCO Fortune (подразделение государственной сельскохозяйственной группы COFCO, специализирующейся на пищевой промышленности) за 5,5 млрд юаней или $814 млн по курсу валют на дату публикации, говорится в сообщении COSCO.

  В уведомлении COSCO на бирже сообщается, что соглашение с COFCO Fortune об увеличении капитала было заключено 16 января 2023 года.

  «В соответствии с соглашением COSCO Shipping Holdings и другие подписчики соглашаются подписаться на акции, а COFCO Fortune принимает на себя обязательство выпустить и распределить акции по подписке. Планируется выпустить и разместить 179 968 695 акций по подписке путем внесения COSCO Shipping Holdings капитала в размере 5 499 999 987,02 юаней в COFCO Fortune в соответствии с изложенными условиями соглашения об увеличении капитала», — говорится в сообщении.

  Ранее COSCO не владела акциями COFCO Fortune. По итогам сделки COFCO Fortune не станет дочерней компанией COSCO, поэтому ее финансовые результаты не будут консолидированы в финансовой отчетности группы, отмечается в заявлении компании.

  COSCO Shipping — один из крупнейших мировых контейнерных перевозчиков. Компания была образована путем интеграции COSCO Container Lines и China Shipping Container Lines в 2016 году. Штаб-квартира находится в Шанхае. Филиалы компании работают в 9 портах, расположенных в Даляне, Тяньцзине, Циндао, Шанхае, Нинбо, Сямэне, Южном Китае, Хайнане и Ухане. Кроме этого открыты 9 зарубежных филиалов в Европе, Северной Америке, Юго-Восточной Азии, Западной Азии, Южной Америке, Австралии, Японии, Корее и Африке.

  К концу декабря 2022 года в управлении COSCO Shipping Lines находилось 383 контейнеровоза общей вместимостью около 2,1 млн TEU. За девять месяцев 2022 года COSCO Shipping Holdings получила прибыль в размере более $13 млрд. Чистый доход за указанный период достиг 97,2 млрд юаней ($13,6 млрд).
