  Логистический комплекс для перевалки и хранения СПГ и других грузов оборудован на ТОР «Забайкалье»

  Инвестпроект реализован на два года раньше намеченных сроков
  
  

  Компания «Международный терминал Забайкальск» реализовала проект по оборудованию универсального комплекса транспортной инфраструктуры для перевалки и хранения широкой линейки грузов, в том числе СПГ. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Минвостокразвития России.
  
  Логистический объект расположен в непосредственной близости от российско-китайского пункта пропуска Забайкальск.
  
  Изначально проект планировалось реализовать в 2023 году, благодаря поддержке режима ТОР оборудование терминала удалось выполнить в 2021 году.
  
  По соглашению с единым институтом развития – Корпорацией развития Дальнего Востока и Арктики объем инвестиций в проект составил свыше 31 млн руб., в Забайкальском крае создано 62 новых рабочих места.
  
  «Инвестиционный проект реализуется в одной из востребованных в Забайкальском крае отраслей – логистика и транспорт. Выбор бизнеса обусловлен выгодным географическим расположением региона, ростом экономических связей с Китайской Народной Республикой», - сообщила директор управляющей компании «ТОР Забайкалье» (дочернее общество КРДВ) Дина Архипенко.
  
  На сегодняшний день число реализуемых на ТОР «Забайкалье» проектов по соглашениям с Корпорацией развития Дальнего Востока и Арктики достигло 30. Общий объем заявленных инвестиций превышает 196,9 млрд руб., запланировано создание около 10 тыс. рабочих мест. Резиденты фактически вложили 69 млрд руб. и создали 1,8 тыс. рабочих мест, полностью реализовали четыре проекта.
  
  На Дальнем Востоке создано 22 территории опережающего развития. Резиденты реализуют 537 проектов с общим объемом заявленных инвестиций 4,47 трлн руб.
