  Украина отменяет плату за разведение мостов при проходе судов

  Решение вступает в силу с 1 января 2022 года.
  
  Кабинет министров Украины принял постановление «О внесении изменения в пункт 99 Устава железных дорог Украины», согласно которому владельцы разводных мостов на внутренних водных путях (ВВП) будут безвозмездно обеспечивать их подъем и раскрытие для прохода судов. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Мининфраструктуры страны.
  
  Соответствующее решение вступает в силу с 1 января 2022 года.
  
  Согласно постановлению владельцы разводных мостов на ВВП будут обязаны: обеспечивать наличие и надежную работу средств навигационного и другого оборудования, необходимого для своевременного и безопасного прохождения судов через судоходные разводные пролеты мостов; бесплатный подъем, поворот, раскрытие разводных мостов для пропуска судов и плавучих объектов; подавать в Государственную службу морского и речного транспорта Украины информацию о запланированных на год профилактических и ремонтных работах, что позволит планировать необходимые перерывы в навигации на отдельных участках ВВП.
  
  Как отмечают «Порты Украины», в настоящее время перевозчики вносят плату за разведение ферм мостов, что «негативно влияет на развитие речного судоходства, приводит к удорожанию речной логистики и мешает увеличению объемов перевозок речным транспортом».
