  Flex LNG заключила тайм-чартерное соглашение с Gunvor сроком на 10 лет

  Одна из его дочерних компаний норвежской Flex LNG Ltd. заключила долгосрочный тайм-чартер с Clearlake Shipping Pte Ltd, дочерней компанией Gunvor Group Ltd (Gunvor). Срок действия тайм-чартера может продлиться до десяти лет, пять из которых гарантированы, говорится в сообщении Flex LNG Ltd.
  
  Судно, которое будет передано в тайм-чартер по этому соглашению с этим временным уставом, строится на верфи DSME (строительный номер 2479).
  
  Срок действия тайм-чартерного соглашения будет отсчитываться с момента передачи судна с южнокорейской верфи, которая запланирована на август 2020 года.
  
  Судно (№2479) –большой современный СПГ танкер вместимостью 173,4 тыс. куб. м, оснащенный двухтактными низкооборотными двигателями (ME-GI) и системой повторного сжижения при низкой скорости выпаривания (0.035% в день). Судно получит имя Flex Artemis.
  
  Норвежская компания Flex LNG Ltd. (создана в 2006 году) специализируется в проектировании плавучих заводов СПГ, включая танкеры FSRU, и танкеров для перевозки СПГ. Компания заказала два инновационных СПГ танкера типа MEGI вместимостью 174 тыс. куб. м на верфи Samsung Heavy Industries. Передача судов запланирована на первое полугодие 2018 года.
