  Frontline Ltd. купит у Trafigura десять новых танкеров типоразмера Suezmax

  Компания Frontline Ltd. (Frontline) заключила соглашение с Trafigura Maritime Logistics (TML), дочерней компанией Trafigura Pte Ltd  о приобретении десяти танкеров типоразмера Suezmax, построенных в 2019 году, сообщила пресс-служба Frontline. В рамках соглашения о купле-продаже Frontline может воспользоваться опционом на приобретение дополнительно четырех танкеров того же класса и датой постройки.
  
  В качестве уполномоченного советника между сторонами в сделке выступает норвежский инвестиционный банк DNB Markets.
  
  Все десять танкеров, покупаемых Frontline и построенных в Южной Корее в 2019 году, оснащены системами очистки выхлопных газов
  
  За приобретенные суда Frontline передаст Trafigura 16 035 856 своих обыкновенных акций по цене $8 за акцию, выпущенную при подписании; и выплатит денежную сумму в размере от $538 млн до $547 млн, подлежащую выплате после закрытия сделки.
  Закрытие сделки намечено на дату не ранее 15 ноября 2019 года и не позднее 15 марта 2020 года.
  
  До закрытия сделки по приобретению танкеров Suezmax компания Frontline согласилась взять в тайм-чартер все десять судов по дневной ставке приблизительно $23 тыс. Frontline также согласилась с условием, что пять таких судов будут переданы Trafigura во фрахт на трехлетний срок по дневной базовой ставке $28,4 с долей прибыли 50% выше базовой ставки.
  
  В настоящее время Frontline ведет переговоры с ведущими кредитными банками, которые заявили о своей заинтересованности в предоставлении финансирования сделки по купле-продаже. Дочерняя компания Hemen Holding Ltd., крупнейшего акционера Frontline, предложила выделить $547 млн при закрытии сделки через трехлетнее соглашение на выгодных условиях.
  
  После закрытия сделки Trafigura будет владеть примерно 8,48% обыкновенных акций Frontline, а у Frontline в собственности останется в общей сложности 189 153 166 акций в обращении по номинальной стоимости $1 каждая.
  
  После приобретения 10 танкеров типоразмера Suezmax у Trafigura флот Frontline будет состоять из 75 судов, включая новые, общим дедвейтом 14,2 млн тонн и средним возрастом судна 3,7 года.
