  Damen передаст судзаводу из Карачи документацию на строительство двух буксиров проекта ASD 2009

  Damen Shipyards Group подписала контракт с судостроительным предприятием Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works (KS&EW) на предоставление полного пакета проектной документации в рамках программы международной технической кооперации. Как говорится в сообщении Damen, благодаря контракту пакистанский судостроитель KS&EW сможет построить два буксира серии Damen ASD 2009. Строительство будет осуществляться при технической поддержке Damen.
  
  Обе судостроительные компании сотрудничают с 1988 года и поставляют различные суда клиентам в Пакистане.
  
  Два азимутальных буксира ASD 2009 будут эксплуатироваться ВМС Пакистана для поддержки своего флота.
  
  Нидерландская компания Damen создана в 1927 году. В настоящее время международная судостроительная группа Damen Shipyards Group (головной офис - г. Горинхем) объединяет 34 судостроительных и судоремонтных верфей по всему миру. Общая численность персонала составляет 10 тыс. человек (3,5 тыс. - в Нидерландах). На сегодняшний день на верфях группы построено более 6 тыс. судов и ежегодно передается в эксплуатацию около 160 новых судов в 100 странах мира. Damen специализируется на строительстве буксиров, катеров, патрульных судов, высокоскоростных судов, грузовых судов, земснарядов, судов для обслуживания морских платформ, судов ЛАРН, фрегатов и мега-яхт. Годовой оборот группы (на 2017 гд) достигает 2 млрд евро.
