  Комиссия по разработке и заключению ФОС по морскому транспорту на 2018-2020 годы уведомляет о возможности участия в коллективных переговорах

  Комиссия по разработке и заключению Федерального отраслевого соглашения (ФОС) по морскому транспорту на 2018-2020 годы уведомляет о возможности участия в коллективных переговорах.
  
  В уведомлении, имеющемся в распоряжении ИАА «ПортНьюс», говорится: «В соответствии со статьей 47 Трудового кодекса Российской Федерации, предусматривающей порядок разработки проекта соглашения и заключения соглашения, Комиссия по разработке и заключению Федерального отраслевого соглашения (ФОС) по морскому транспорту на 2018-2020 годы, созданная из представителей Общероссийского отраслевого объединения работодателей «Российская палата судоходства» (сторона работодателей) и Единого представительного органа профсоюзов в составе представителей Общественной организации - Профсоюза работников водного транспорта Российской Федерации (ПРВТ), Общероссийского профессионального союза работников нефтяной, газовой отраслей промышленности и строительства (НГСП), Российского профессионального союза моряков (РПСМ), Российского профессионального союза работников атомной энергетики и промышленности (РПРАЭП) (сторона работников) информирует о начале с 11 октября 2017 года коллективных переговоров по заключению Федерального отраслевого соглашения по морскому транспорту на 2018-2020 годы.
  
  Комиссия уведомляет работодателей, осуществляющих деятельность в сфере морского транспорта, не являющихся членами Российской палаты судоходства, о возможности участия в коллективных переговорах путем вступления в члены Общероссийского отраслевого объединения работодателей «Российская палата судоходства».
