  АМПУ приступила к реализации непрофильных активов

  Администрация морских портов Украины (АМПУ) совместно с Фондом государственного имущества Украины начинает продажу и передачу в управление непрофильных объектов, находящихся на балансе предприятия. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба АМПУ.
  
  Преимущественно, как пояснили в администрации, это объекты социальной сферы, их реализация позволит АМПУсосредоточиться на своих основных функциях и аккумулировать средства.
  
  Среди приоритетных путей передачи объектов в управление на основе открытого конкурса — аренда и приватизация. В числе наиболее популярных социальных объектов, принадлежащих АМПУ,— санаторий-профилакторий «Портовик» (морской порт «Южный»), музей порта им. Де-Волана, концертно-выставочный зал (Одесский морской порт), народный музей истории спорта (Николаевский морской порт), дворец спорта «Юность», детский оздоровительный комплекс «Альбатрос» (морской порт «Черноморск»), детский оздоровительный комплекс «Фрегат» (Херсонский морской порт) и другие.
  
  Пилотным проектом является реализация спортивной базы отдыха «Портовик» Измаильского филиала ГП «АМПУ», которая уже выставлена Фондом государственного имущества Украины для приватизации, происходит по открытой процедуре.
