  Вступление в силу Конвенции BWM 2004 потребует 20-40 модернизаций судов в день во всем мире – эксперт (фото)

  После вступления в силу Международной конвенции о контроле судовых балластных вод и осадков и управлении ими 2004 года (Конвенция BWM 2004) с 8 сентября 2017 года появится необходимость в 20-40 модернизациях судов в день во всем мире. Такое мнение в ходе конференции «Имплементация в России Балластной конвенции», организованной медиа-группой «ПортНьюс» при содействии Минтранса России в Москве 27 февраля 2017 года, высказал представитель судостроительной группы Damen (Нидерладны).
  
  Он пояснил, что в случае, если судно не может обеспечить очистку балластной воды (после 8 сентября текущего года), то вода должна остаться на борту. При этом из-за веса балластной воды на борт судна может быть загружено меньше груза.
  
  «Потери могут составлять до $50 с тонны, для одного судна потери могут исчисляться сотнями тысяч евро», - считает эксперт.
  
  В свою очередь выступивший на мероприятии другой специалист Damen рассказал, что в компании создан Центр по очистке балластных вод Damen Green Solutions («Зеленые решения DAMEN»). В рамках Центра Damen разработал ряд продуктов, среди которых система InvaSave, которая является оптимальным решением для реализации Конвенции BWM. Также компания предлагает систему переоборудования под очистку балластных вод с использованием стандартных строительных блоков. Кроме того, Damen Green Solutions в партнерстве с рядом других компанией, в том числе голландской компанией AEX, предлагает решение «под ключ» для скрубберной установки.
  
  Нидерландская компания Damen создана в 1927 году. В настоящее время судостроительная группа компаний Damen Shipyards Group (головной офис - г. Горинхем) объединяет 40 судостроительных и судоремонтных верфей по всему миру. Общая численность персонала по всему миру составляет 9 тыс. человек. Компанией построено на сегодняшний день более 6 тыс. судов по всему миру и ежегодно передается в эксплуатацию около 180 новых судов.
