  В Совет директоров АО «Судоходная компания «Волжское пароходство» утверждены восемь кандидатов

  Совет директоров АО «Судоходная компания «Волжское пароходство» (АО «Волго-флот», Нижний Новгород) на заседании 20 февраля 2017 года утвердил список из восьми кандидатов для голосования по выборам в Совет директоров на годовом общем собрании акционеров (ГОСА), говорится в материалах компании.
  
  В список для голосования по выборам в Совет директоров АО «Волго-флот» вошли: Вадим Гущин, Алексей Забродин, Виктор Кириленко, Наталья Курбаналиева, Дмитрий Лисин, Денис Самсиков, Игорь Федоров, Александр Шишкин.
  
  Также утвержден список кандидатов для голосования в ревизионную комиссию, в который вошли пять кандидатов: Павел Крылов, Елизавета Малюгина, Ирина Румянцева.
  
  На заседании Совета директоров утверждена повестка дня ГОСА АО «Волга-флот», в которую включены следующие вопросы: об утверждении годового отчета и годовой бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности АО «Волга-флот»; о распределении прибыли (в том числе о выплате (объявлении) дивидендов) АО «Волга-флот» по результатам 2016 года; об избрании членов Совета директоров АО «Волга-флот»; об избрании членов ревизионной комиссии АО «Волга-флот»; об утверждении аудитора АО «Волга-флот».

  АО «Судоходная компания «Волжское пароходство» – одна из крупнейших судоходных компаний России, образована в 1843 году. Выполняет грузовые перевозки по рекам и озерам России. По итогам навигации 2016 года было перевезено 5,2 млн тонн грузов.
  
  Судоремонтными площадками пароходства являются филиалы компании: Борская и Волжская базы технического обслуживания флота и судоремонтные заводы: АО «Борремфлот», АО «СРЗ «Память Парижской коммуны» и ОАО «Вознесенская ремонтно-эксплуатационная база флота».
  
  Пароходство входит в VBTH – судоходный дивизион международной транспортной группы UCL Holding (является мажоритарным акционером VBTH), консолидирующей ряд российских железнодорожных, стивидорных и логистических компаний. В состав дивизиона входит также Северо-Западное пароходство, компания «В.Ф. Танкер», ряд судостроительных и круизных активов.
