  В морском порту «Южный» (Украина) проходит проверка СУБ на судах портового флота

  В администрации морского порта «Южный» (Украина) проводятся плановые аудиторские проверки функционирования систем управления безопасностью судоходства (СУБ) на судах портового флота. Об этом сообщает Администрация морских портов Украины со ссылкой на пресс-службу администрации порта.
  
  Проверки проводятся специалистами службы безопасности мореплавания администрации морского порта «Южный», согласно требований приказа Министерства транспорта Украины от 20.11.2003 г. № 904 «Про утверждение Положения про систему управления безопасности судоходства на морском и речном транспорте» и по утверждённому графику.
  
  Тема проверок в июне 2016 года: «Готовность судовых сил и средств к ликвидации аварийных разливов». Учитывая специфику аудита, к проведению проверки были привлечены специалисты отдела экологической безопасности.
  
  В ходе проведения аудита проверялось наличие судовых Планов ликвидации загрязнения (ПЛАЗ), ликвидации аварийного разлива нефти в акватории морского порта «Южный» (ЛАРН), инструкций по проведению бункеровочных операций, а также укомплектованность средствами и материалами для оперативного реагирования на аварийную ситуацию.
  
  Обязательным условием проведения аудита являлось объявление общесудовой тревоги, в ходе которой проверялись знания плавсостава, отрабатывались практические действия при проведении бункеровочных операций, при возникновении аварийной ситуации «загрязнение палубы судна».
  
  По окончанию аудиторских проверок составлены аудит–отчёты с указанием выявленных несоответствий, рекомендаций по их устранению в установленные сроки.

  Морской порт «Южный» - универсальный порт, который специализируется на перегрузке химических грузов и удобрений, навалочных, наливных и генеральных грузов. Расположен на берегах Аджалыкского лимана на северо-западном побережье Черного моря. Предприятия, работающие в порту, обрабатывают порядка 47,5 млн тонн грузов различной номенклатуры ежегодно.
  
  Глубины подходного канала и возле причалов позволяют принимать крупнотоннажный флот с полной загрузкой грузоподъемностью до 200 тыс. тонн.
