Drew Marine acquires Ocean Signal
Drew Marine, a global leader providing technical solutions and services to the marine industry announced today the acquisition of Ocean Signal, Ltd., an innovative supplier of marine safety and survival equipment, Drew Marine said on Friday.
Ocean Signal will team up with ACR Electronics, Inc., a Drew Marine company, known as the global leader in safety and survival technologies. ACR and Ocean Signal have two of the most highly experienced electronic engineering teams in the marine communication industry. Combined they now have the in-house capabilities to develop the next generation of survival products for the maritime, terrestrial, military, and aviation markets.
