The main venue of the meeting is the event hall of Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping in Saint-Petersburg. The second venue - Industrial Department of the Primorsky Territory’s Administration in Vladivostok.

Many participants of Russian shipbuilding market believe that the adoption of Russian Government decree No 719 aimed at increasing the share of Russian components in shipbuilding projects at Russian shipyards for Russian customers and funding the newbuilds through state budget funds (state orders, state subsidies, etc.) as a premature step. The change in the legislation has caused discussions in different segments of the industry about the practice of using a small range of domestic ship components and has led, in some cases, to the suspension of new contracts for commercial vessels with domestic shipyards.
The Roundtable Moderator is Gennady Yegorov, D.Eng.Sc, Proff., General Director, Marine Engineering Bureau.
Terms of participation in the roundtable meeting: as a listener for free. Registration is required. It is possible to purchase a sponsorship package.
