    В Якутии возбуждено уголовное дело по факту затопления теплохода «Россия 1» с сухогрузной баржей

    Следственными органами Восточно-Сибирского следственного управления на транспорте СК РФ по факту затопления теплохода «Россия 1» с сухогрузной баржей возбуждено уголовное дело по  признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 263 УК РФ (нарушение правил безопасности движения и эксплуатации водного транспорта, повлекшее по неосторожности причинение крупного ущерба), сообщает пресс-служба управления.

    По версии следствия, 16 сентября 2017 года в Алданском районе Республики Саха (Якутия)  теплоход «Россия 1» с баржей, груженной  продуктами питания, бытовой электроникой, автотранспортом, следовал по реке Алдан рейсом «поселок Томмот – село Кюпцы». Около 20 часов по местному времени на 1489 км реки Алдан теплоход вместе с баржей были поставлены на якорную стоянку, во время которой вследствие нарушения норм эксплуатации судов водного транспорта произошло их затопление. В результате одной из местных коммерческих организаций  - собственнику груза причинен ущерб на общую сумму 2,7 млн руб.

    Как установило следствие, затопленная вместе с теплоходом баржа не имела построечной и технической документации, не была зарегистрирована в установленном порядке и не проходила технического освидетельствования классификационным органом.

    В настоящее время проводится комплекс следственных действий, направленных на установление всех обстоятельств совершенного преступления. Расследование уголовного дела продолжается.
