    «Северная верфь» начала резку металла на третий траулер-процессор проекта 170701 для Группы НОРЕБО

    На Судостроительном заводе «Северная верфь» началась резка металла для строительства третьего морозильного траулера-процессора проекта 170701 по заказу  ОАО «Карельские морепродукты» (входит в Группу НОРЕБО). Как сообщает пресс-служба верфи, закладка судна состоится в конце июля 2019 года.

    Серия рыбопромысловых траулеров-процессоров неограниченного морского плавания для Группы НОРЕБО будет состоять из десяти судов. Траулеры предназначены для лова рыбы донными и пелагическими тралами, ее полной переработки и хранения на судне. Многофункциональная рыбофабрика, устанавливаемая на траулеры, позволит производить охлажденные филе, фарш, печень, рыбную муку. Для строящихся  траулеров Северная верфь заключила контракты и проавансировала поставки основного оборудования, в частности, пропульсивных комплексов, оборудования связи, радионавигации, рыбопоиска, а также траловых комплексов, рефрижераторов  и других устройств.

    В настоящее время в портфеле гражданских заказов верфи 14 рыболовных судов: 10 траулеров-процессоров для Группы НОРЕБО (в строительстве «Капитан Соколов», «Капитан Геллер») и четыре ярусолова-процессора («Гандвик-1», «Гандвик-2», «Гандвика-3» - для РК «Вирма»; «Марлин» - для ООО «Глобус»).

    Основные характеристики судов проекта 170701: длина – 81,6 м, ширина – 16 м, скорость – 15 узлов, водоизмещение – 5500 тонн, мощность главного двигателя – 6,2 МВт, общая производительность – 150 тонн рыбы в сутки, производительность по замораживанию – 100 тонн рыбы в сутки, экипаж – 80 человек.

    Как сообщалось ранее, первый траулер данной серии «Капитан Соколов» был заложен на верфи 23 ноября 2018 года, второй - «Капитан Геллер» - 21 марта 2019 года.

    «Северная верфь» (первое название — Путиловская) основана 14 ноября 1912 года. Верфь является одним из ведущих предприятий оборонной промышленности России. За столетнюю историю на верфи построено около 600 надводных кораблей и коммерческих судов для ВМФ и гражданских флотов, в том числе ракетные крейсера, корабли противовоздушной обороны, большие противолодочные корабли и эскадренные миноносцы, пассажирские и сухогрузные суда, контейнеровозы, суда типа ро-ро, балкеры, буксиры, суда снабжения, паромы и плавучие доки. Сегодня в портфеле заказов предприятия - серии фрегатов и корветов, а также суда различного назначения.

    Группа НОРЕБО основана в 1997 году и входит в тройку крупнейших рыбодобывающих предприятий России. В его составе 16 рыбодобывающих компаний Северо-Запада России и Дальнего Востока. Флот холдинга насчитывает более 40 рыболовных среднетоннажных и крупнотоннажных судов, которые осуществляют рыболовство во всех основных промысловых районах Атлантики и Тихого океана. На судах холдинга производится большой ассортимент продукции из донных и пелагических видов рыб, а также кальмара и креветки. Объем добычи водных биоресурсов судами холдинга в 2018 году составил более 618 тыс. тонн. Холдинг осуществляет продажу своей рыбопродукции как в России, так и на иностранных рынках. Головной офис Группы НОРЕБО расположен в Мурманске.
