Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company awards a group of its employees
According to the Order of President Ilham Aliyev, signed on June 23, 2018, there was held a ceremony of awarding a group of employees of the “Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping” CJSC for the rendered service in the development of maritime transport, says the company.
The chairman of the “Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping” CJSC Rauf Veliyev during his speech highlighted that at the time of the leadership of our nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev, the dedicated labor of employees in the field of maritime transport was highly appreciated. Following the worthiest policy of the great leader, the Honorable President Ilham Aliyev also constantly shows interest and caring towards seafarers, highly appreciating their work, which they conduct for the benefit of enhancing the economic power of our independent Azerbaijan. The recently signed Presidential Decrees on awarding one of the employees of the Shipping Company with the “Presidential Pension” and awarding four employees with the “Order of Labor of the 3rd degree”, 12 employees with the medals “For Progress” and one of the employees with the honorary title of the “Merited Engineer” are regarded as proof of this.
Rauf Veliyev, the Chairman of Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company noted that this year is special for the Shipping Company: "This year we celebrate the 160th anniversary of the Shipping Company. In order to make this celebration more memorable, our esteemed Mr. President gives us a special attention. As you already know, two honorary medals were awarded this year in occasion of the anniversary: "For special merits in the field of the shipping" and "And the Order in honor of the 160th anniversary of the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (1858-2018)". These medals are a high appraisal of Mr. President of all seafarers."
Rauf Veliyev, once again expressed gratitude President on behalf of all the many thousands of seafarers and highlighted his confidence that the seafarers would be answered with adequate labor achievements.
Following the speech, the high awards were presented. The awarded seafarers expressed their gratitude to Mr. President Ilham Aliyev and noted that because of the attention and care the Caspian Shipping Company of Azerbaijan will achieve great success.
It should be noted that at the ceremony, according to the order of the Chairman of the Company the Honorary Decree of the Shipping Company was awarded to 21 employees for the effective labor activity and on the occasion of the professional holiday - “Seafarer’s Day”.
