    На верфь Meyer Turku доставлен козловой кран типа Goliath грузоподъемностью до 1200 тонн

    На причале верфи Meyer Turku (входит в Meyer Werft) 19 июня 2018 года выгружен новый 120-метровый козловой кран типа Goliath производства Konecranes грузоподъемностью до 1200 тонн – самый большой козловой кран в Северной Европе. Как сообщает пресс-служба судостроителя, кран будет использоваться для строительства все более крупных круизных судов на верфи Meyer Turku.


    Покупка крана является частью инвестиционной программы Meyer Turku объемом 200 млн евро. «В будущем мы сможем строить еще большие, гигантские секции, что в свою очередь увеличивает наши возможности для дальнейшей индустриализации судостроительного производства верфи. Этот проект козлового крана, помимо всего прочего, является хорошим примером сотрудничества финских компаний, поскольку наша верфь построила кран-балку весом 2,5 тыс. тонн в качестве субподрядчика  Koneсranes», - прокомментировал доставку крана генеральный директор Meyer Turku Ян Мейер.

    При реализации этого проекта финская компания Konecranes отвечала за проектирование оборудования, компоненты точного привода, электрические установки и системы автоматизации, а также структурные компоненты. Meyer Turku изготовила основную пролетную балку и выполнила на месте сварочные работы.

    Еще в 1976 году Konecranes поставила финской верфи типа Goliath и проведенная модернизация крана позволила продлить срок его службы. Новый козловой кран построен уже с применением самых передовых технологий. Верфь продолжит эксплуатацию старого крана, в частности задействует его при перемещении 100- тонных корпусных секций – необходимые операции при строительстве корпусов круизных судов.

    Помимо покупки крана в рамках инвестиционной программы судостроительный завод приобрел новую линию резки стальных листов, панельную линию и инвестировал в информационно-технологическое обеспечение производственных процессов.

    «С помощью этих инвестиций мы действительно перестраиваем наше предприятие в современный, с IT-технологиями, завод по сборке судов. Но новой техники недостаточно, мы постоянно набираем новых судостроителей и повышаем квалификацию наших давно работающих сотрудников, чтобы получить как можно большую отдачу от этого нового оборудования», - сказал Ян Мейер.

    Характеристики крана типоразмера Goliath: полная грузоподъемность – 1200 тонн; высота габаритная – 120 м; пролет – 154 метра; высота подъема (максимальная) – 90 м; скорость передвижения крана – 30 м / мин; длина подкранового рельсового пути – 750 м.

    Судостроительная компания Meyer Werft (Папенбург, Германия) была основана в 1795 году, владельцем которой является уже седьмое поколение семейства Meyer (управляющий директор Бернард Мейер). Компания специализируется на строительстве больших, современных круизных судов. На сегодняшний день Meyer Werft построила 37 круизных лайнеров. Судоверфь также строит Ro-Ro суда для перевозки автомобилей и пассажиров и танкеры для транспортировки сжиженного нефтяного газа. Дочернее подразделение компании Neptun Werft GmbH в Ростоке занимается строительством речных круизных судов, а также газовозов. Штат Meyer Werft - более 3 тыс. сотрудников. Компания обеспечила себя заказами до 2019 г.  

    Meyer Turku Oy является одной из ведущих европейских судостроительных компаний. На верфи в Турку работает 1,350 человек. Компания специализируется в строительстве круизных судов, грузопассажирских паромов и специальных судов. Meyer Turku имеет дочерние подразделения - Piikkio Works Oy, Shipbuilding Completion Oy и ENG'nD Oy.
