  ВЭБ обеспечит привлечение недостающих средств для завершения проекта перегрузочного комплекса в порту Ванино

  Участие Внешэкономбанка обеспечит необходимые финансовые ресурсы для завершения проекта по строительству транспортно-перегрузочного комплекса в морском порту Ванино в Хабаровском крае. Об этом заявил руководитель российского правительства Дмитрий Медведев в ходе заседания Наблюдательного совета Внешэкономбанка
  
  Как подчеркнул Медведев, этот проект – один из приоритетных для развития экономики Дальнего Востока, его реализация позволит значительно нарастить экспорт угля в страны Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона.
  
  Общая стоимость строительства составит более 36 млрд руб. Четверть этой суммы, почти 10 млрд, уже вложили частные компании.
  
  «Участие ВЭБа обеспечит необходимые для завершения проекта финансовые ресурсы. При этом предполагается использовать механизмы фабрики проектного финансирования», - пояснил руководитель российского правительства.
  
  Как сообщалось ранее, «ВаниноТрансУголь» (ВТУ, дочерняя компания УК «Колмар») планирует завершить строительство специализированного терминала для перевалки угля в бухте Мучке Ванинского района Хабаровского края в III квартале 2019 года.
  
  Строящийся терминал предназначен для перевалки коксующихся углей, добываемых в Якутии. Конкурентными преимуществами терминала являются большие глубины в акватории и у причалов, короткое расстояние до угольных резервов Якутии. Современное перегрузочное оборудование производительностью 6 тыс. тонн в час обеспечит возможность перевалку угля закрытым способом.
  
  Стоимость реализации проекта оценивается в 35 млрд руб. Проект будет реализован в два этапа. На первом этапе – в III квартале 2019 года будут завершены строительством объекты терминала для перевалки угля мощностью 12 млн тонн в год. На втором этапе мощности будут увеличены до 24 млн тонн к 2023 году.
  
  Проект реализует 100%-ая дочка «Колмара» АО «ВаниноТрансУголь» (ВТУ), получившее статус резидента Свободного порта в Ванино.
