    Maersk Line стала членом Нью-Йоркской транспортной биржи NYSHEX

    Нью-йоркская транспортная биржа (NYSHEX), предоставляющая цифровое фрахтование для международных контейнерных перевозок, сообщила о присоединении к бирже крупнейшей линейной судоходной компании Maersk Line в качестве члена-соучредителя и инвестора.

    Таким образом, членами биржи NYSHEX менее чем за 9 месяцев стали шесть крупнейших в мире океанских контейнерных перевозчиков, представляющих, по данным Alphaliner, совокупно 52% глобальной  контейнерной вместимости: Hapag Lloyd, CMA CGM, MOL, OOCL и COSCO и Maersk Line.

    Контейнерные перевозчики и члены биржи NYSHEX теперь представляют все три действующих крупных международных альянса контейнерных перевозчиков: 2M, Ocean Alliance и THE Alliance.

    Благодаря платформе NYSHEX Maersk Line сможет предложить своим клиентам возможность заблаговременного согласования и контроля расходов и получения от перевозчика обязательств по транспортировке груза. Maersk Line с марта 2018 года начнет использовать новые возможности на своем рынке трансокеанских перевозок экспортной сельхозпродукции (экспорт из США в Азию).

    Основанная в 2015 году NYSHEX предоставляет международным грузоотправителям, экспедиторам и перевозчикам стандартизованную беспосредническую биржу для заключения принудительных фрахтовых контрактов, которая основана на проверенных и установленных принципах работы Нью-Йоркской фондовой биржи, Чикагской товарной биржи и Лондонской биржи металлов. Биржа облегчает финансирование фрахта и расчеты через избранные банки первого класса, а также поддерживает стандартные контракты, используемые в этой отрасли. NYSHEX отвечает всем требованиям США, в том числе требованиям Федеральной морской комиссии (регулирующей океанское судоходство США), касающихся подачи заявок. Покупатели услуг на контейнерные перевозки пользуются платформой NYSHEX бесплатно. Океанские контейнерные перевозчики платят комиссию за транзакцию в размере $5 за TEU.
