    Российская отрасль композитных материалов будет обеспечена отечественным сырьем - Минпромторг

    Компания «П-Д Татнефть-Алабуга Стекловолокно» планирует внедрить новые технологии в производство стекловолокна, провести модернизацию оборудования и увеличить мощности предприятия на 31% за счет поддержки Фонда развития промышленности, говорится в сообщении Минпромторга России.

    ООО «П-Д Татнефть-Алабуга Стекловолокно» (совместное предприятие ПАО «Татнефть» и немецкой компании «Прайсс-Даймлер Групп») планирует реализовать на территории особой экономической зоны «Алабуга» инвестиционный проект, целью которого является повышение производительности и энергоэффективности стекловаренной печи с последующим выпуском конкурентоспособной продукции, соответствующей ведущим мировым стандартам.

    Модернизация стекловаренной печи включает в себя расширение ее площади и применение более прогрессивных технологий стекловарения, что позволит увеличить производственные мощности на 31%. Производительность печи после модернизации составит не менее 31,8 тысяч тонн продукции в год.

    «Данный проект имеет важное значение с точки зрения импортозамещения, так как производство стекловолокна является сырьевой базой для развития композитной отрасли и основным продуктом для композитных материалов, разрешенных к применению в оборонной промышленности. Общая стоимость проекта составляет 883 млн руб., из которых 441 млн руб. могут быть предоставлены Фондом развития промышленности в виде льготного займа. Около 20% готовой продукции планируется поставлять на европейский рынок», – прокомментировал заместитель Министра промышленности и торговли Российской Федерации Василий Осьмаков.  

    «П-Д Татнефть-Алабуга Стекловолокно» является одним из крупнейших производителей стекловолокна и продукции на его основе в России и СНГ. Продукция из стекловолокна широко используется в автомобильной, судостроительной, авиастроительной, электротехнической, нефтехимической, нефтедобывающей, строительной и других отраслях промышленности. Мировое использование стекловолокна составляет примерно 85% от всех применяемых волокон для армированных композитов.

    «Использование государственной поддержки позволит внедрить передовые инновационные технологии, приобрести высокотехнологичное оборудование, представить на рынок продукт с уникальными свойствами, который удовлетворит потребности всех приоритетных секторов потребления, а также создать надежный фундамент для развития композитной отрасли внутри страны, обеспечивающий глобальную конкурентоспособность и рост экспортного потенциала», – отметил директор ООО «П-Д Татнефть-Алабуга Стекловолокно» Ильвир Саттаров.
